    Two things we can't do

    • Extend your court deadline. Only the court that issued your citation can do that — not us, and not the DMV.
    • Pay your fine or your court's traffic school fee. Those go directly to the court, and they're separate from our $29.99.

    Is my court going to accept this course?

    In California, yes — courts accept any school with a valid DMV license, and ours is TVS #E0893. In Michigan, the course is an approved BDIC and the Department of State receives your completion.

    I finished. Where's my certificate?

    We report electronically the same day you finish, and email you a copy for your records. If the court's system hasn't updated after a few business days, send us your citation number and we'll re-transmit.

    Can I get a refund?

    If you enrolled and later find you weren't eligible, tell us before you complete the final exam and we'll sort it out. Write to us rather than guessing.

    I can't log back into my course.

    Your progress is saved and nothing is lost. Send the email address you registered with and we'll get you back in — or call, which is quicker.
